Internship opportunity with our Safe Routes to School program

Our Safe Routes to School team is in search of an enthusiastic and energetic graduate student intern who is interested in  working with students in grades K-8 to promote biking and walking to school.

  • Would like to learn more about the impact of the built environment on community health
  • Feels comfortable working with families across Tucson, in various socioeconomic and cultural settings
  • Believes in the mission of LSA and is ready to work with a collaborative and dynamic team

…this position may be for you!  The intern’s main responsibility will be to coordinate the Walking School Bus program, along with supporting other SRTS activities. Click on this link to read about the position and its duties.
