It’s that time of year again: the annual PAG Regional Bicycle & Pedestrian Count! The 4th Annual Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Count will take place Oct. 15th – Oct. 30th and PAG needs your help counting! The main purposes of the count are to identify locations needing improvements, track pedestrian and cycling behavior over time and evaluate current programs. This is a great opportunity to help collect data that will help bring more funding for bike/ped programs and projects into the region in the future. Plus, it’s fun to watch all the action and it’s a great way to get out into your community.
If you are interested in volunteering for the count, please attend a training session at Himmell Library on either Thursday, Oct 13th at 6 p.m. or Saturday, Oct. 15th at 9 a.m. You can also view a flier with more information below or contact Ann Chanecka with PAG: firstname.lastname@example.org
