Sunday, October 26th from 9 AM to 3 PM, we'll be celebrating the streets, in the streets; thriving in the 05 district; rolling, walking, strolling, strutting and grooving from hub to hub on one of the most beautiful days of the year. Cyclovia Prep: Neighborhood Cleanup Day

Join us for a neighborhood cleanup as we get ready for Cyclovia at the end of the month! No experience needed. Enjoy coffee, empanadas, music, and good company while we support neighborhs together. It’s a chance to connect, contribute, and get stoked for Cyclovia! Tools, gloves, and all the materials are provided.

There's still time to sign up! Half-day shifts are available for individuals and groups. Get free Cyclovia swag, a ticket for ice cream or a pint of beer at our beer garden, and hundreds of smiles when you spend a few hours helping out at the event.

Apply for a Safe Streets Mini Grant!
Tucson's Safe Streets Mini-Grant Program is now accepting applications for 2026 projects. The program establishes an inclusive, community-led process to deliver traffic calming improvements to residential neighborhoods across the city, prioritizing under-resourced areas that could not otherwise fund their own traffic calming improvements via the existing Neighborhood Traffic Management Program. Neighborhood safety improvements include traffic circles, chicanes, speed humps, and other traffic calming features.

Open House: First Avenue Improvement Project
Tucson community members are invited to attend a City of Tucson Open House to provide input on the First Avenue Improvement Project. The project will modernize the 1st Ave corridor using a Complete Streets framework to enhance safety for all users, improve roadway conditions, and provide more comfort and accessibility for pedestrians, transit riders, and bicyclists. Give your feedback, meet the project managers, and learn more at this in-person and virtual event.

Located in Dunbar Spring, Originate provides sustainable resources to Tucson design and building projects.
During Cyclovia, Originate will be celebrating its 22nd anniversary just one block from the Cyclovia route! There will be live music, an open house, shady seating and free refreshments. Be sure to swing by their location on Main Ave. and 1st st. to check out their amazing space and say hi on October 26th!
