Tucson, AZ (October 06, 2026) – Tucson’s favorite car-free, carefree “open streets” event is finally back. Living Streets Alliance’s 25th Cyclovia Tucson event is just around the corner on Sunday, October 25th from 9:00AM to 3:00PM. Connecting Downtown and South Tucson, 2.25 miles of city streets will be temporarily closed to car traffic and open for people to walk, bike, roll, play and connect at this free event.

The Interactive Route Map is now live, making it easy to preview everything you’ll find along the route. Activities, live entertainment, food trucks, free bike repair, giveaways and more will be concentrated into five unique Activity Hubs along the route. Read on for a sneak peek of Activity Hub highlights and visit app.cycloviatucson.org/map for the full lineup.

Arizona Complete Health Hub at Mission View Elementary

Cyclovia’s Title Sponsor Arizona Complete Health returns with vital community health offerings, transforming Mission View Elementary Hub into a mobile clinic, administering free mammograms, prostate cancer blood test screenings, vision and diabetes tests, and liver scans alongside an abundance of entertainment, movement and local dishes. Face painting, jump rope challenges, bike rodeos and tennis lessons will keep you moving, and vendors such as Los Poblanitos, Comida del Barrio, Cartel Coffee and Ensenada Street Food will be serving local food all day.

Luna Y Sol Hub

Luna y Sol Café is bringing its signature spirit of community and connectionl to the route. Stop by for coffee, baked goods, and tunes, while Luciid Car and Bike Club will be showcasing their lowrider bikes, The Gloo Factory will be button-making, and food from Cyclovia favorite Grandma's Recipes will be dishing up big plates all day! Bring a book to swap with La Syrena Barrio Books, learn about pollinator gardens with Tucson Bird Alliance, and take a stand for public land with the AZ Mountain Mamas and Reinas Who Hike. If you'd like to cruise the Cyclovia route by bike but don't have one, Tugo Bikes will have free bike rentals available throughout the event!

Ochoa Community School Hub

Ochoa Community School Hub transforms a traffic-calmed neighborhood into a celebration of South Tucson institutions and community. Engage with integral community organizing groups such as Desert Fleet for Gaza, Tucson Immigration Court Accompaniment, Scholarships A-Z and Take Action Tucson. Learn about the Santa Cruz River with the Sonoran Institute, contribute a story for the stage with Borderlands Theatre, and check out the BICAS station, where you can take a super fun, super silly mutant bike for a spin. mechanics will provide free basic repair. Need a bike? AARP will raffle off a bicycle and helmet alongside their voter engagement and education station! Giant Jenga, hula-hoops, and bubbles will keep kiddos hooting and hollering all day. Once it's time to eat, E & J will have homemade frybread and Ochoa Community School and JVYC will be selling paletas and other treats in support of their school. DJ Guillermosito spins records throughout the day!

Santa Rosa Parks Hub

Gear up! Roller skates, dancing, giveaways, spooky games and more await at Santa Rosa Park Hub. On the basketball court, Tucson Roller Collective are bringing extra skates for teaching roller dance, moving performances from the Esperanza Dance Project return to Cyclovia, and Mini Poderosas will share breathing exercises and mental health led by the mini poderosas themselves. Play a word game and grab a zine with local beat Arizona Luminaria, catch some cash in ICCU's Money Machine, and fill up your water bottle at Tucson Water's Hydration Station. As always, there will be a rich selection of local food as Ensenada Street Food, Bugaloo's Ice Cream, Donut Blitz, Herculean Chicken and Botana's Remix keep us fueled amongst all the activity.

Rose and Collin Forbes Hub at Armory Park

This Fall we are commemorating two people who profoundly supported Cyclovia and cared deeply for safe and joyous Tucson streets: Rose and Collin Forbes. In their memoriam, Armory Park will become the luminescent spark that trail blazes the open path from Downtown through South Tucson. On the grounds of the Children's Museum, kids will vault from obstacle to obstacle of Polaris Parkour before diving into a nebular pile of foam brought to us by Fantastic Foam Party and Imago Dei School. The Circus and Aerial Academy of Tucson will be gliding alongside the foam bonanza, set to the curated DJ'ed rhythms of KXCI. The beer garden will feature a new Cyclovia brew from Slow Body and Pueblo Vida breweries, celebrating Cyclovia’s 25th event! Cyclovia favorite Genuine BMX riders will showcase their ramp skills, while REI will offer free fix-a-flat support for riders who need a quick tire repair. Get your local food fix with Bisou Burger, Rollies Mexican Patio, La Doña Zasob, and Haus of Brats. Frozen Delight and Smoothie Revolution will cool us down with some sweet treats!

Volunteers of all kinds are still needed for the event! Sign up for a three-hour shift and receive an exclusive Cyclovia t-shirt. Groups of six or more adults can even ‘adopt an intersection’ and help keep the flow of traffic moving while activating the route with their own brand, music, decorations and activities.
